Aaaannndddd @Ask_Spectrum @GetSpectrum is back to unusable. I might as well pay T-Mobile for their Internet, because at this point, it’s JUST AS FAST, IF NOT FASTER, and the reliability would be 900% better. #CharterSpectrumTimeWarner was the worst merger decision ever. #AjitPai

@poutiibabii @GetSpectrum Nah I’ve only tried online so far but it’s on my agenda today to go. They said “sorry you’ll have to pay this bill for this tv service (you literally don’t use) before we can make any changes to your account” I will in fact threaten to cancel. Let’s see how it goes.
